In signing below, I am applying for a vendor space in the 2025 Community Arts & Funk Festival. I have read and agree to the provisions on this application and contract and the festival terms and conditions.

A fee of $25 will be included with your booth fee for usage of an electrical power source. Please indicate if you will require access to an electrical power source.
